UK Bid Specialists and Prime Contractor Group
VAAS Group is a specialist bid consultancy and prime contractor operating across the United Kingdom. We compete and win in cleaning, marketing, auditing, and social value. When we win, we deliver using transformative data insight — giving clients performance they can see, measure, and trust at every stage of the contract.
The Group
VAAS Group oversees four specialist operating companies. Each one leads in its own sector. All of them operate to the same standard of governance, compliance, and delivery that clients expect from a serious prime contractor.

About VAAS Group
VAAS Group is a UK registered prime contractor and bid consultancy. We win contracts in cleaning, marketing, auditing, and social value. Once we win, we deliver using transformative data insight that gives every client full visibility, confidence, and measurable outcomes throughout the life of the contract.
VAAS Group Ltd is a United Kingdom prime contractor and bid consultancy specialising in competitive procurement across cleaning, marketing, auditing, and social value. We were established with a clear purpose: to win the right contracts and then deliver them in a way that sets a new standard for what clients can expect.
We are parented with Dyah Creative for marketing strategy and bid communications, and we operate Vaas cleaning service as our professional cleaning arm, VAAS Investment across residential property, and VAAS Sport in cricket and community development. Every company in the group is built to perform at contract level and report transparently on every metric that matters.
We also work as a consultant for bid write up. That means we sit alongside organisations, understand their offer, and build submissions that are scored well because they are factual, structured, and genuinely competitive. We do not write bids that tell evaluators what they want to hear. We build bids that demonstrate what clients can actually deliver.
Where VAAS Group leads delivery, we use transformative data insight as our operating method. Real time audit data, GPS verified attendance, live KPI dashboards, and structured performance reporting give clients a level of confidence and visibility that most contracts simply do not provide. The data does not support the delivery. The data is what makes the delivery excellent.
VAAS Group is working towards accreditation of ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001 (Health and Safety), alongside Safe Contractor and CHAS certification. We are an accredited London Living Wage employer and hold professional indemnity at UK comparable levels across all operating companies.
